I have seen Dr. Philips & His PA for over a year... And have got nothing but respect and all treated like family... Yes his office stays busy. But leave a message and they will return your calls. ����
I've been going here for almost 7 years and have been treated with nothing but respect. After several years with a different doctor Dr. Phillips was the only one to give me relief. They do get busy at times and have had a change in their system plus were bought out which did cause alot of confusion. I have had a couple of instances when calls weren't returned but I just called back. They have also become alot busier in the last two years ir so and are training more help. My primary care physician's office and I, over at least 4 weeks have left multiple messages and have not received return calls. I have made numerous calls when the phone rings more than a dozen times before anyone answers and then transfered to a voice mail account. The greeting at that extension promises a return call by the next business day but never happens. It would seem that this office is either badly run or they simply don't care.
Dr. Phillips helps my back pain more than anyone else ever has:)
