Dispite of the negative reviews I've just read it's been 3 yrs since I've been there but I had the best care,best Dr who took great care of me.i can't get that kinda dedication but I truly appreciate what I have.praying for the staff who became family to me. THNX YOU PINNACLE PAIN MANAGEMENT

I started seeing Dr.Ratner 3 years ago, he Rocks period! All around a solid pain management group compared to other Drs I have been to. Nuff said
This place is always behind. Your waiting at least a hour and that’s if your lucky. There excuse is it’s a busy day, everyday is a busy day.
Today was my first and last appointment. I had a 12 o'clock appointment, I got there at 11:45 and had my new patient papers all filled out as my referring doctor had already given them to me. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room to be called which was not bad, but then they had me waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes in the room for the doctor that I never saw because I was in too much pain to wait.
