so far it has been a nightmare. The people upstairs NEVER stop making noise. I have repeatedly spoken to management and they keep saying they will address it and get back to me. But the noise keeps up and I have gotten no response.It's like living in a wear zone waiting for the next bomb to go off. I realize that this is an apartment but these people have no respect for the peace of others and apparently neither does management.
We moved here sight unseen from Las Vegas. Everything has been amazing!!! The staff genuinely care and make sure that the people who live here feel that this is home not just somewhere to live. Maintenance responds quickly and resolve problems with ease. We'll be here for a very long time because the small things count and pinnacle mountain view understands that.
