This organization is beyond extraordinary. My husband came home to recover from back surgery, and every person who came to care for him from Pinnacle was on time, communicative, responsive, and just outstanding professionals. The visiting nurses, OT and PT all arrived when scheduled and gave my husband the utmost care as well as answering questions and sharing advice when needed. I realized too late that I paid for something I could have done on my own. It was a waste of a lot of money and PT visits I get per year. 0ffice Customer service NOT VERY FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE either!

Our experience with Pinnacle started off great with an exceptional nurse, Damayci, who was new to the company but provided outstanding wound care and colostomy bag placement for my 59-year-old husband. She was knowledgeable, caring, and professional—we truly appreciated her.
