I had a great experience with Piñnacle Home Health. I had to have gall bladder surgery while taking very high doses of prednisone and ended up not being able to walk or really move around for seven months. But, thanks to the physical therapists, Aaron & Hannah. They do not follow through. They do not coordinate with other disciplines meaning PTOT speech and nursing they do not follow up with the doctors on orders. My father-in-law had a UTI for three weeks that they kept saying they didn’t get orders from the doctors, we call the doctors office. The doctor had the order sent it to them. They did not follow through. Do not hire them.
