I won't deny when I saw the reviews for this place I was extremely worried it was gonna become another one if those comporate and heartless agency pretending to care for the elderly while getting paid by the insurance. To my surprise everyone I have dealt with at Pinnacle has been absolutely professional, kind, and understanding towards my ma who had a stroke. Amazing help, therapy, and overall a group of people who actually gives a F about their patients and treating them with respect.

Supervisor is a jerk, rude and should be fired
