Our furnace went out today(Saturday) and Cody and Pinnacle corrected the problem and got our furnace up and running within three hours. Highly recommend these guys!
Great company, excellent service and pricing, highly recommend! My furnace went out on 12/1/2024, Sunday, called Pinnacle late Monday afternoon Pinnacle promptly came to my home same day close to 5:00pm provided me with an estimate for a new furnace(My furnace multiple cracks in heat exchanger), 3 furnace option, explained my option clearly and offered temporary heaters considering I had no heat, it was in the 20's that week Pinnacle was awesome they offered to install my furnace within 1 days they did not require any money ... read more
I built a house 3 1/2 years ago, the air conditioning unit they put in does not keep my house cool. They put in an under sized unit, I would not recommend!
I had my furnace fail on a Saturday. I called Pinnacle and got connected to Jake for a service call. He was extremely helpful in getting it back running again, finding parts, and doing it the most cost effective way. Highly recommend!
“Why are you bothering us?” Is the synopsis of my discussion with Pinnacle. I wanted a quote for a Bryant system, and they are the closest Bryant dealer. Asked how I found them since they don’t advertise. I was told they are too busy, and not really interested in new business. At least they were honest about that. I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review except they advised they would call back to set up a time to quote a new HVAC system for our home but never did.
