My husband I have been going to Dr Pappas for three years. I should say Dr Pappas or whomever they choose for us to see. I see Dr. Pappas once a year because I have Glaucoma. She came in the room st my last visit and talked the entire time with her assistant who was typing notes. I needed to ask her questions. It was like I wasn’t in the room I interrupted her when she was leaving and she stopped to answer my questions. I’m sorry to say this is what medicine has become. I'm very happy with Dr. Pappas. Both of my cataract surgeries went just fine, and the after care has been very good. If I have had any questions they are answered right away. Be prepared to wait though, she spends time with her patients. Every ophthalmologist I have ever gone to, I have had to wait beyond my appointment time. I highly recommend Dr. Pappas.
Dr. Pappas has cared for my eyes for several years and I have never been anything but pleased. Her staff is excellent and helpful. If there is ever a long wait I know that it was because another patient needed extra care so I have no problem with it knowing I would also get that extra care if I needed it.

I made an appointment at 8 am and was told I was the first appointment of the day for that doctor. I also asked if I’d be out by 9:30 because I had another doctor’s appointment later that morning. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. I wasn’t taken back for my appointment until 8:50. It’s 9:40 and I still haven’t seen the doctor. I had to cancel my other appointment with no notice. I love my eye dr shes the best she has helped me so much where i use to wear glasses now i dont need them no more she has done so much for me i will always be going to her!!! Tnanks for everything!!!
The worse Dr. Regine Pappas I ever encounter she neglect me so badly I was unable to read, write, drive for three months without any compassion
