The entire staff was friendly, professional and helpful. All my issues were addressed and then some.
All the staff are friendly and professional. Any questions I had were answered. Carrie is great. She is thorough in her exam. I feel totally comfortable talking to her.
Pinnacle dermatology is a waste of time. I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room just to be seen. Whoever does scheduling needs to be fired. It’s disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional to the 30+ people in the waiting room.
