Yesterday was my first visit at Pinnacle and I am extremely impressed! Beautiful reception area, short wait time, and courteous staff! I was seen by Ashley and Abbie and both were exceptionally professional, listened to my concerns, and addressed them appropriately. Finally I found a dermatology group who was not dismissive and actually took my concerns seriously. Thank you!! Highly recommend!!
Ashley McCormack may just be the greatest dermatologist to grace the industry with her presence. She has the most incredible bedside manner and an amazingly uncanny ability to diagnose and treat dermatological conditions. A provider makes the practice and she is truly one of the rare providers that is worth following anywhere she goes. The Pinnacle Dermatology facility in Murfressboro is always engaging, easy to get to and a fine facility. Their phone, scheduling and billing systems could use some love and attention.
