My experience with Pinnacle was not good. We were rushed through our appointment ( was with my daughter), so much so that we forgot to ask crucial questions. I went back to the desk after checking out and asked to see the doctor again (the waiting room was empty) so I could ask my question. I told the receptionist that we had been rushed and unable to ask, and she told me that 'no, you weren't rushed' (excuse me, how would she know?). They did let me back, but then when my bill came it reflected that we had been with the doc... read more
Dr. Gray and her staff are professional, thorough and very personable. After a year and a half under her care, and the discovery and removal (very successfully) of a malignant melanoma, I remain a faithful and loyal patient. No reason to look anywhere else for dermatology care. I was just there today for a check-up and left knowing that I was in the care of the best. H. Taylor

The best Esthetician!!! – If you are looking for a wonderful Estheticiain on the Eastside, look no further. Shelly at Pinnacle Dermatology is wonderful. Great Dermatologist! – We have been patients of Dr. DeEtta Gray for over 10 years. We have received nothing but the best care from her. She is an extremely compassionate and knowledgeable doctor and always takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. Her staff is quick to return calls and on several occassions when we have needed a last minute appointment they have managed to squeeze us in. We highly recommend Dr. DeEtta Gray!

Great Dr and Staff! – I have followed Dr. Gray for years - she is truly one of the best. The one thing I have always appreciated about Dr. Gray is that she doesn't try to sell you on products or services she doesn't think you need. She has the best mannerism and is such a kind person. I've seen her for Botox, Juvaderm and peels. Her Botox and Juvaderm pricing is better than many of the other Dr's in the area. Best all around skin care! – This is the BEST dermatologyskin care place EVER! Great, soothing atmosphere! I visit the office regularly for facials, skin care consultation and laser hair removal with Shelly, she does an awesome job!
