Jacqueline, the nurse practitioner, is wonderful although sometimes I feel rushed. The front office staff is soooo rude though. It feels like every time I call it's a hassle... I would recommend taking your service elsewhere (unless you are in dire need and need to see someone stat, at least Jacqueline will answer your questions and take good care of you... you just might feel like you are inconveniencing their whole facility just by your existence) I'll be gracious and give 2 stars.
I was seen right away by a great nurse practitioner. They gave me an effective treatment that worked within a week. Great follow up too.
Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable and they kept me informed about everything they were doing while I was having my procedure done.
