I was very impresed with how flexible your staff was! I was a little put off when I came in and the receptioist did not say hello and she was texting!

Rae is an excellent hygienist. Very professional and courteous. Also very thorough and explains what she's doing and any observations she makes about my teeth.
Everything was very nice. I liked the new staff I met including new dentist. We will miss you Dr. Saxena. Good luck and God bless. One thing I recalled is the chapstick Dr. Saxena used to give out to customers was always appreciated b/c your lips are usually so dry after being cleaned etc. and it was also very helpful to have your phone number on the chapstick b/c I always knew I had it in my purse if someone needed a dentist I'd give them the phone number right then and there. Karen seemed to me to be the most thorough in cleaning my teeth and checking the pockets in my gums of any who have done it.

Dr. Saxena and her staff were very helpful and did all they could to be as transparent as possible regarding my treatment options and why they felt I should take their recommended course of action. There was a very helpful associate (I don't believe I was ever communicated her name) who booked an appointment for me with a specialist and assisted me in reviewing my paperwork and I really appreciate it.
Appointment was for 10:00 AM Cleaning still had not started at 10:30 AM Left for a meeting I had at 11:00 AM Re-scheduled
Overall an excellent experience. When I walked into the door and the appointment started on time, I was almost shocked, as that has rarely been my experience with past dentists. Dr. Renu explained everything in detail and her entire staff was patient and precise. I will have no problem recommending Blue Sky to my co-workers.
