Quality Services – I see most of the reviews here are clearly former disgruntled employees. I have been employed with this company for over seven years. I have had a great experience. I make a difference in the lives of the people I work with. I have seen a lot of employees come and go. When they get let go for a valid reason they become angry because they know they are not going to be able to get a job anywhere else because they are so ingnorant and stupid. THIS COMPANY NEGLECTS AND ABUSES MENTALLY CHALLENGED ADULTS! – I am currently an employee of Pinnacle Community Services. I have been assigned to work at the day program, SUMMIT DAY PROGRAM. A place with the worse mgt. ever – I work for this company & i agree with smithsmith5 if your not related to/or good friends with mgt. they will do anything to get you out,& the way the clients are treated isnt that great either.but who cares as long as mgt. has their fam members working all is good????????????????????????????????
this place sucks....don't wast your time – This is definitely not a place i would suggest to anyone to apply for. This place is like a family business. If you are not a relative of an employee there, you might not get a job. the place is horrible.
Not a place to work or leave a loved in charge of. – As a place to work and for clients this place is incredibly unprofessional and very shady. High turn over rate for employees for that same reason.
