I am not a disgruntle employee, i am still employed. lets start with training-Dianne Grubbs. Her technique in training is ineffective. She doesn't speak to the trainees positively. She is a manipulative instructor. If she doesn't like you, You don't even make it through training. Director of Services, Hes a joke. I visited Summit recently the experience was far better than a year ago I must say. Much to my surprise, I was truly impressed by the level of interaction between my family member and staff, it has greatly improved for the better. I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of The staff, caring for my love family member, keep up the good work SUMMIT , your on the something good.

In the 5 months I dealt with staff who had zero training in non verbal communication, diabetis, hydration, nutrition and safety measures. Our family member lost 41 lbs, learned biggoted nasty language and had major medical bouts due to not being fed/assisted. Transportation team could not wait to get our member out of the van, twice leaving them sitting in the street while they drove away. I AM NOT a disgruntled employee (former) of Pinnacle Community Services . This company doesn't' believe in or honor the first admendment of the U,S . Constitution ; freedom of speech . This company is full of white hating African Americans who like the company (Pinnacle) are too low for the ghetto . From inside the lions den (Hilter would be proud of this company): This is absolutely the most corrupt, good old boy (the owner and friends), old money run company I have ever been the unfortunate professional to work for in my career. If anyone remembers the big "State Institutions" for adults with developmental disabilities, this place is not too far from apple. Wow would not know where to begin!!!!! Client set on fire, bookkeeper stealing petty cash, no professional behavior in office. So many clicks and drug use in the office that it is bragged about. They have figured out how to beat the test,heads up are given to their friends. Not reporting abuse for fear of losing ones job. A lot of open sexual behavior amogest staff. Most of these review had to have been written by disgruntled employees who no longer work for the company, or work there but can't get their way! I currently work for Pinnacle Community Services, I have been employed there for over eight years.I cannot believe how fast people would go to slander the name of the company. I don't put a lot of stock into bad reviews. I believe in forming my own opinion based on my own experiences. I said that to say, my experience that I have with Pinnacle Community Services, has been nothing but great! I have a child in one of their homes. The staff in the home is very polite and helpful every time I call. If there is a question about anything that I have that they can't answer, they are very quick to get me to the right person that can help.
