Literally the most unorganized medical office I have ever experienced in my life. First off the therapist seemed to have trouble staying awake and is convinced a tsp of olive oil would make all the trauma disappear. Whoever is running this company needs to be fired or this place needs to close its doors. My daughters pediatrician office has sent 2 referrals in the last two weeks and still no one calls for therapy for my child. I spoke to a girl named Naia who seems incompetent she puts me on hold for 20 mins and I automatically get rerouted back to her for her to say "Pinnacle Care this is Naia how can I help you"? Brandi is super sweet and is very kind. She makes me feel heard and makes me feel reassured when asking questions. Making an appointment was super easy and I love the reminder texts and calls about upcoming appointments! Definitely recommend this office and I recommend the doctors that work here!
