I went there yesterday and and i felt comfortable there not feeling pushed into things to do for my car. I can absolutely feel the truth was being told when discussing anything. The waiting room felt like home, (couches and a glider, books and small toys for the kids) minus the television, i thought that was great bc i think kids and adults need time away from it to do other things like playing and communicate with the family members. Been meaning to give a shout out to Pinnacle Automotive in Holly Springs. They have worked on my two cars now and both times they were fast, professional and honest in getting them fixed. They are very reasonably priced and Robin is great to deal with. if you need automotive work done, definitely consider them.
