Our son who lives in Holly Springs car was just repaired here and I cannot tell you enough how pleasant and helpful Dan was to me when I called from Michigan regarding the car. If you live near Pinnacle Automotive and our having problems with your car DO NOT HESITATE to take it to Dan. Y'all are wonderful and we were truly blessed to do business with you.

I went there yesterday and and i felt comfortable there not feeling pushed into things to do for my car. I can absolutely feel the truth was being told when discussing anything. The waiting room felt like home, (couches and a glider, books and small toys for the kids) minus the television, i thought that was great bc i think kids and adults need time away from it to do other things like playing and communicate with the family members.
