Pinnacle Automotive is truly a refreshing experience in auto mechanics. In the past, I have had the displeasure of taking my car to mechanics and have always left the shop with a bad feeling. As a woman I have always felt that I was being misled regarding the repairs that were being suggested. I have been to Pinnacle Auto in Holly Springs, NC for Brakes, Rotors and other maintenance needs and have always left there with more understanding than when I went in. I can’t say enough about pinnacle. They have helped me multiple times and it’s always reasonable. Today my car wouldn’t start and the battery had corrosion. Dan spent half hour checking to ensure the car was safe for me and my family and cleaned off the corrosion. Re harnessed the battery and didn’t charge me a thing. Good honest folks that do great work!
