Tried it 2 times, stay away from them! – Hi everyone, I was told by my neighbor to go to the Pinnacle on Brownsville, and it was close and convenient for me. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE! The first time I went for an oil change on our Mazda 6 with 20.000 miles on it, and they put oil in that specifically says 75.000 miles plus for older cars! I was in the garage and saw it!!! THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AND LIED ABOUT IT – DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! THEY DAMAGED MY CAR ON PURPOSE THEN LIED ABOUT IT! Took my car out for quotes on a simple front brake replacement. This place put my car up, removed the wheels and told me I needed new rotors and new brake pads. Quoted me about $150 more than everyone else who looked at it because they claimed I needed extra parts. I thanked them for looking and the quote, but I wanted another opinion. Do not go to car dealer, go here – The most hoest people. I went there for my 30,000 miles car maintenance. I asked them if htere is a value package for it. They answered " No". They said that they do whatever needed to be done. Everything was fine with my car. I just needed oil changed. I saved lots of money here instead of going to a car dealer and have unnecessary repairs and parts exchanges. Highly recommended !!!
