My girlfriend lived there for a year and it was a pretty bad experience. The community its self is nice. There’s a good pool and the community center is nice when it’s not being renovated (this was the case for 2 months of the rental time). The apartments themselves aren’t too bad. Some stuff is made cheaply such as the doors, there was an inch and a half gap at the bottom of the master bedroom door. The main problem is the cleaning, elevators, security and the gym access. Bottom Line Up Front: I'm not happy with the property management people at this place. The apartment is nice and has tons to offer but the lack of response is leading up to a lack of trust in the team. Note that this issue I had was experienced after my application was approved to sign the lease.
