Mysti, Calvin, Donald, Cheyanne, Catherine are great staff and make our residency wonderful
Time will tell how this review ages as we just moved in about a few weeks ago, but so far the big standout for us has been the maintenance team! Claudio especially has been extremely helpful in taking care of our requests as we discover things here and there that need repair/updating.
The most concerning experience during my time at Essex Pinnacle has been the poor handling of residents’ personal information. I recently found out—not from Essex, but from the third-party Wi-Fi provider—that my resident information had been removed from the system due to an internal error. There was no direct communication from the apartment office, leaving me to discover this only after my Wi-Fi service suddenly stopped working during the whole weekend.
