This place is not ideal for anyone who works from home. The Good: - The maintenance team, led by Claudio, is fantastic and responds quickly. - The leasing office is responsive. - The amenities are great (pool, gym, clubhouse, parking garage). The Bad: - You are required to pay $70 for community internet through Aerwave. Since moving in, the internet has failed three times, and had to pay to work out of a wework twice. - Getting Spectrum internet set up has been a challenge because the coax cable is disconnected somewhere wit... read more
