The apartments themselves are nice, but the monthly community utility fees are outrageously high—especially considering the poor upkeep. Trash fees alone range from $40–$50 per unit, yet there’s frequently overflow, and it’s not uncommon to see homeless individuals sleeping in the trash areas. For what residents are paying, security should be much better.
We had our dishwasher stop working and Claudio from maintenance was very diligent and helpful getting it fixed. And communicated with us during the delivery period of the replacement.
When I first started looking into pinnacle apartments I had many questions and concerns luckily Cheyanne ended up reaching out to me and help me express my concerns about the place also reassure me that this establishment was a welcoming and a safe community to live at. I just want to thank Cheyanne for the help she has given me through out the process.
Claudio, in maintenance, always does a tremendous job. He is extremely helpful, responsive, thorough, and clean.
