So grateful for the staff at Pinnacle Animal Hospital! After a nightmare first vet trip to a different clinic, my tiny kitten Fizzy and I were so happy with the care and attention that the doctors gave her at Pinnacle. They were gentle, kind, informative, and even sent a follow up thank you card in the mail wishing Fizzy well! Thanks to them, Fizzy is healthy and happy.
Our little 8 yr old Pom, Maggie, was being seen by another vet hospital after contracting gastritis 3 weeks ago. She was very sick, lost 2 lbs, and I wasn't pleased with the other vet. I decided to get a 2nd opinion at PAH and am pleased to say that within a few days of being seen at PAH, Maggie is 75% better! Dr. Edwards was awesome, spent 10 minutes on the floor just getting to know our little furbaby, so gentle, and started her on some diff meds! We are now officially PAH customers!
I just recently changed to Pinnacle Animal Hospital. I have spent the last couple of weeks back and forth with my two pugs...between the them both I feel like I live here. Everyone is so great!! Loving and caring, from the nice warm reception to the techs and all of the Vets. I'm so happy we have found you! And so are my Pugs!!
