We love Pinnacle! Our dogs are always well cared for!
First time visiting Pinnacle with our new pup. Dr. Edwards spent nearly an hour with us, getting our puppy acquainted with visiting the vet (and all the goodies and positive vibes that Pinnacle dishes up). Every staff member- from the one who scheduled us on the phone to the vet techs, vet, and check-out staff are all A+. Probably the best vet experience I've had. Kind people treating your babies with love service is excellent, good customer service as well.
The staff here are great! I had to bring in my pal , a Huge Black lab, to be put to sleep because he was paralyzed and unable to walk or move anymore. They helped me carry him in and and made him comfortable. They brought him treats to ease his stress. His passing was pain free and quick and i really appreciate it. It is hard to let go of our furry family and the staff here made it easier to bear. Thank you again!
Dr. Linda is great! She helped us out so much with our kitties. My older cat is so afraid of going to the vets and she really helped put him at ease, in spite of him being so nervous and sick. She sat with him on the floor (he ran under a chair) and talked/petted him until he was more at ease. The facility in general is top notch and everyone there is very kind.
