Visited about a month ago. I am wrong review after visiting one of their competitors last week to give a fair comparison. Both facilities provided similar services, I was more satisfied with Pinky’s overall compared to the other salon. My wife prefers the other salon, but we had different experiences with different service providers to be fair. These guys are great, came in last second, called before got an appointment at 6:30 needed a pedicure for me and my friend. Well I was in an emergency state, needing a manicure also. They made time for me on a Saturday night also! Took really good care of me. I’ve been going here for months.
A lack of ability to communicate was a big problem There was also A big lack of ability to schedule. I had an appointment to do a manicure and a pedicure and they had me wait 1and1/2 hours in between the pedicure and the manicure. With no explanation no consideration for my time I did not appreciate that not only did I wait 1 and 1/2 hours but by then I need the restroom and the manager added two more people before me while I was in the restroom.
Great Salon! The owner is accommodating and willing to work with your schedule. The technicians are kind and comfortable. My girls and I are loving our pretty nails!
They did a great job! They had a lot of clients and were fully booked, but accommodated everyone's needs. Clean, kind, excellent service :)
