I'd give it a negative rating if I could. My husband bought me a gift certificate for our anniversary. When I used it, the lady didn't speak English. My pedicure was awful and only lasted just shy of 20 minutes. She cut me in 2 places, my nails are crooked and the next day 4 of my toes started to swell and became inflamed. I dont think complaining would do any good and I wouldn't go back, I'd only want a refund. This place was terrible! !

First I want to see how slow everyone is in the salon, they cannot do nails and they are overpriced. I paid $67 for a pedi/gel mani,it wouldn't have been a big deal if they could do nails I asked her if she can they do round she said yes and did square with the worst round version I ever saw!!!

Poor customer service. ... I've been going to this business for the last 5 months the girl who started doing my nails was great and I really appreciate that she did a good job and she had a great communication and customer service but everything changed after she left, the other day I sat for 45 minutes and no one even care about doing my nails the rudest part is that they speak their native language well if you are in the United States and you're dealing with American customers you need to speak English. This is the worsted nail salon I've ever been to. The staff is always grumpy for starters. The job is always rushed and sloppy, had the worsted experience with worker named Lena. In the past week I've been to this salon three times fr a simple mani/pedi, each time i went was after my work hours, although i had to wait to be attended to, they were never able to complete both requests on same day as they were rushing to close. Made an appointment with the owner, got to salon 5 minutes before appointment, was told she just took another client 5 minutes ago and it would be a 45 min wait. Told them that was wrong and walked out, they did not care one bit that they were losing business. Would not recommend this shop, they have a very bad attitude towards customer service.

I noticed a week after getting my nails done the girl gave herself a $12 tip instead of the $6 I wrote down. If it weren't for online banking I never would've known.
