Terrible service w/ NO MANAGER ON DUTY! Ruined meal RIP OFF! – Let's start with we were told after being screwed over "NO MANAGER ON DUTY"?!! If you have business and you're ordering for your staff BEWARE! These people do not care if they screw up your order or entire meal. They shorted us on our order, while half the food got cold they insisted we wait for the rest of order and pay more, then refused to give a refund on the food we were not going to eat. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us one was not on duty! F... read more

dine in or take out – I usually take out here, but dining in is even better. The place is a little loud, but the food is great. Some people can’t handle the spices, but that’s what I love about their food. Highly recommend.

IF YOU WANT ENTITLED RACIST ASIAN ATTITUDE, MEDIOCRE FOOD, LOUSY LOUSY SERVICE AND PAY HIGH PRICES FOR IT, RUN DON'T WALK TO THE PINK PEPPER. DELIVERY IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, NOTHING IS EASY WITH THIS GROUP. IF YOU WANT SAUTEED AGGRAVATION AND PANANG ATTITUDE WITH MORE THAN A SPRINKLE OF RACIST ATTITUDE THIS IS YOUR PLACE. 1 IS TOO HIGH A RATING THEY SHOULD OFFER NEGATIVE 5, THAT WOULD BE ABOUT RIGHT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Bad place for Good service – Nothing about this restaurant is good except the exits. I have been to Pink Peppers one other time and the Service was LOUSY but me being the idiot that I am decided to give it a second chance. What a mistake. Not only did I go but I went with 4 other guests, 3 of which happened to be African American like myself. We arrived at 1:15pm and did not eat until 1:45pm. WTH!! Nobody every came to our table to ask us what we wanted. We had to flag down random waitresses just to give our order and then i... read more

best thai – Some friends and I stumbled upon this place back in 2004 when I was in LA; I'd never had Thai food, and this was a great first time- I don't remember the names of the dishes we had, but the spicy curry seafood dish was my favorite. I'm planning a trip out west and can't wait to go back.

This was possibly the first Thai food I had when I moved to LA, more than 13 years ago. Since then I have tried many other Thai joints around the city, and I have to say that while a few may come close to being as good, Pink Pepper is my favorite Thai food in the city. I used to go so much that they knew me by name, now there have been some staffing changes and I am unfamiliar to the newer people, plus I live on the other side of town so I go much less often. They do some things exceptionally well, and the rest of the menu i... read more

INSECT IN THE FOOD – My friend found a cooked ROLY-POLY (a small INSECT that rolls up into a ball) at the bottom of his spicy noodle dish. When he POLITELY and discretely pointed this out to one of the staff, the person took his dish in back, threw out the roly-poly, and brought the dish back out, now insect-free. They then tried to convince my friend that what he saw on his plate was in fact a piece of "Thai spice". When my friend asked them to show him the spice in question, the staff brought out random green basil buds an... read more

Very bad customer service, not family friendly – I had been to the Pink Pepper about 4 years ago and remember that it was really good food. I was driving from Pasadena back to Santa Monica and tried to find it... after a little bit of navigating I found myself at the restaurant. I was so excited becuase I was really hungry, and so was my 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter. We cook at home a lot so they were really excited for this special treat! I got them out of the car and we walked over to the place... which with a 1 ... read more

Best PAD THAI ever – Hands down, the best pad thai I've ever had -- I cannot eat it anywhere else. Their Crying Tiger, chicken curry, and Pad Prik King (spelling?) with beef is delicious. The only problem is sometimes they are slightly inconsistent with regards to how spicy they make the food or how well done the beef is. Such a minor thing though because they are very nice and give NO push back if you want to send a dish back. They deliver too.
