My husband and I come to PCB every winter and actually look forward all year to our visits to the Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar. This year we were happy to meet the new Manager, Arriane who is working to hire and train new staff, Andrew and Reni in great customer service. They are learning quickly to to follow Arriane's lead. My husband and I went here tonight and we were treated very rude. The girl didn't greet us when we walked in nor did she ask what we wanted. My husband got ice cream and after she rang him up she just walked off with her back to us. I will never return nor will I refer this to anyone. Poor service

I'm a local, and take my son and his friends here ALL THE TIME. It's the best ice cream around, and they get wonderful, exotic new flavours all the time. The service is great and there is plenty of seating indoors and out. You have to check this place out!
