I have been going to this place for many years the owner and staffs are wonderful they are always smiling and making everyone feel welcome. They always do my nails beautiful i truly appreciate their service.
My second visit here was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The person (I think he’s the owner) who mentioned that he had been doing nails for 25 years left a terrible impression on me. When I tried to express my concerns about how my nails turned out, instead of listening or addressing them professionally, he simply walked away to attend to another customer, leaving me sitting there feeling dismissed. I went to this nails shop and I was utterly impressed. I walked in with no appointment and I was helped immediately. Henry worked on my nails with so much focus and precision. He was very gentle with my hands. I had a great experience today and I will definitely be back in the future. I loved the way Henry manages his nail shop. I got my nails done from Henry approximately two weeks back for prom. Corrections: not even four weeks completed yet. However, I have noticed that my acrylic set is starting to fall off within the first two weeks. It feels like press ons which is really unfortunate for the price I paid, despite the fact that my nails were not outgrown.
