Came to a class that was a little advanced for me (ok, way advanced!), but felt very welcomed and was gently guided into poses I could actually do. 😄Hope to come back for beginners and Yin very soon!

Pink Lotus is seriously the best Yoga studio I have ever walked into. Every single teacher there has the best sense of humor and are there for YOUR practice. Making YOU comfortable is why they are there. You don't have to be strong and bendy to impress these ladies... all you have to do is enjoy your practice and just be you. Yoga is fun, open up and have a good laugh while learning a whole new way of living at this amazing place ��
Very welcoming and friendly. I've been to a few classes so far with Channing and she is a great teacher!
