I was visiting my mom and dad over the summer and signed up for the 4th of July flow class. I was so impressed by the space, the instruction and the vibe of your studio. I have since gone back to Colorado but look forward to seeing you all again.
This was my first visit and it was NICE! Very calm environment (just what I needed) and the instructors were very kind and attentive. Wonderful place!
I really enjoy this place. People are friendly and accepting of all levels of ability and interest. It is an inviting and pleasant place to try focusing on health and peace for a bit. Reset the mind move forward feeling good.
