I ordered a bouquet of sunflowers for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered the same day online as I live in a different city. The order was acknowledged immediately and I received several updates during the day which I truly appreciated, as I last year I used another florist and was never sent any confirmation of delivery. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and fresh ! I will only ever order from Pink Clover Flowers in the future. Harvey, who was the person who coordinated everything, from the order to the delivery was outstanding and professional ! This was supreme service - above and beyond! Highly recommend.
I wanted to add to my review that if you're especially looking to send flowers to the USC campus, Pink Clover is very familiar with the ins & outs and sometimes difficult to find locations within the large campus...just saying.
A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Their website is easy, yet detailed so you can be sure everything goes smoothly, including choosing a specific time for delivery. The morning of i received a text with an actual photo of my order and was informed when 1) it was on the way and 2) when it arrived. This is unusual and completely awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
If I could give them an extra star, I would. 10/10 on the arrangement, the service, delivery and communication. Stellar all the way around.
