I was ready to give up on Pingrey Ford after an experience with a rude employee on the telephone twice! I decided to drive down there and speak in person before I took my business elsewhere! Have had them service all my ford vehicles for the last 10 years. Bought our Ford 500 in 2007 and our daughter in seattle is driving it. Bought my new 2013 FSX 4X4 from them with the best price around, have their service agreement and they make sure everything works on the truck. I have them work on my 2008 Mustand GT California Special, they keep it in great working order. Thanks to the staff and mechanics of Pingrey Ford in Selah.
I can't tell you haw nice it is to finally find a dealership I can trust to service my car and truck. I have been through the ringer at that Ford dealership on 1st street. Been going to Pingrey now for over two years and I know my vehicle will be taken care of when I drop it off.
I absolutely love everyone at this dealership, especially in repairs! Our car needed a part replaced ASAP after a camping road trip - four dirty, tired, and hungry college girls with no idea what to do, and everyone here was welcoming and kind to all of us, and replaced the part quickly! I couldn't have asked for a better solution to what could've been a really sticky situation. Thank you for everything!
