I don’t agree with who they do business with. Have really never needed a small town dealership in a city close to another. Always looked like a second rate dealership.
Good honest customer service. The service desk took the time to answer my questions and did what was in the best interest for me and my situation. Very impressed and happy to have a local honest shop I can actually trust.

RecommendedPingrey’s has done a great job on our Ford Explorer. They are very professional and considerate to this customer’s needs.
Used to recommend them...now not so sure...husbands f150 has been there 8 weeks out of 9. No loaners and no one calls him back or will talk to him. Pretty frustrating...rethinking on getting a new Ford.

I've purchased vehicles from almost every dealer in our area and Pingrey Ford is above reproach on both sides of the experience; purchasing and service. I've had my 2015 Explorer for 4+ years now and EVERY TIME I need service, they make me feel like they've been sitting there waiting for my call. I'm so impressed I have referred many friends and co-workers, of which I rarely do. That's how strongly I feel about these people. I will not buy another Ford anywhere else.
Very low pressure when buying a vehicle. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Service Department has always been competent and takes care of all my service needs efficiently and their pricing has always been competitive.
