I must have put my review in the wrong area.. anyways I moved in 01/2015 as a new family of three, with a newborn, just learning how to be parents and I really have enjoyed living here! The staff are respectful and al of my neighbors are great! I specifically wanted to praise the men who work on maintenance in all the townhomes & apartments! They are quick, respectful and pretty thorough! Just last week I put in a maintenance order and they literally arrived at my door 15 minutes later. I’ve never heard them complain or anyt... read more

Piney Ridge Townhomes/Apartments is the place to live in Eldersburg! Tracey the manager is wonderful and Joe and his maintenance crew can't get any better! I've lived here for 4yrs and just renewed my lease. The community is quiet and the grounds are kept tidy. Yes, it's cheaper now and days to own however when something breaks (your fault or not) it's so easy to pick up the phone and the team takes care of it, no additional costs like when you own.
