I had a storage unit there, became sick with pneumonia in Jan called to say and I'd stay in touch. Called Feb to let them know I was still sick...was told as long as I could pay atleast 1 pymt in March I be fine, she work with me. Called March to pay and said who I was and she was rude and hung up on me. I called right back and asked what was wrong and she said my stuff was already gone and hung up again. I had stuff that couldn't be replaced....she was so horrible

I really enjoy Piney Ridge Self Storage. The price is reasonable and the facility is highly maintained. I really enjoy the fact they have an app that you can use to pay your bill, review account information, add new units, etc. It is very efficient compared to most. The price is well worth what you’re receiving. I highly recommend this place.
Friendly staff, easy process, excellent service, the unit I rented is clean, love the fact that it has power... location very convenient... I'm very happy overall with the experience... Thank you !
