disappointed that my name, date or birth, insurance information was read aloud for all patients in the waiting area to hear while they were verifying my insurance information over the phone.
My husband and I have been patients at Piney Creek Family Dentistry for several years. The staff is always welcoming and Dr. Fritz is wonderful. We trust her expert advice and love her gentle demeanor.
My mother goes to the same dentist and the front office staff has requested payment from her for my previous services and even disclosed what services were within that balance. They also contact her to attempt to schedule cleaning appointments for me. I’m 18+ and have been ever since coming to this office and have not filled out a HIPAA consent form to release information to my mother. My mother and I have informed them multiple times that I am not a minor and they keep doing it. It’s very frustrating!
Excellent professional service. Dr. Fritz was knowledgeable and efficient. Office staff helpful.
