Rent goes up every year with no improvements to the grounds or apartments. No maintenance. Office personal are not in during posted hours and some days never show up. Our furniture was destroyed by a moldy ac unit last year and it took them 3 months to get us a new one. The new one did the same thing this year and the issue was never resolved even though we recieved an email stating they fixed the issue even though no one ever showed up.
