I've lived at Pinewood for almost a year now, and have enjoyed every second of it. I love that this location is a 5 minute walk from Cherry Street, which allows me to be close to businesses and near neighborhoods where I can take walks on the weekends. I also love living right off the highway, which makes it so easy to get to work in the morning, and avoid heavier traffic on Tulsa's main roads when I travel. Prime location, affordable, cozy, and amazing management. After living at Pinewood for several years, I can honestly say I understand why many of my fellow tenants have lived there for so long. The rent is incredible for the square footage and vicinity to Cherry Street. And I don't know that you can find a more friendly and responsive owner in Tulsa. Kimberly really is the best!
