This place is absolutely disgusting. They require any cats here to be declawed it's inhumane and revolting. Most vets won't even do such a thing. Fix your policy
My elderly mom lives at this complex and accidentally locked herself out of the balcony door and she called the on call for over 45 mins with no answer. Thank fully she had her phone to call a family member. I then contacted the the on call online only to be left on hold for another 40 mins. Mind you at this point, it has been almost 2 hours trying to reach the on call line.
