Here is another reason Pines Property Management needs to be fired. I have multiple roof leaks and waiting for a trial with Citizens Insurance. I have sent multiple letters from my attorney and was told a couple months ago that I will not receive any other violations. Sure enough I received a fine of $1000 which was upheld by Silverlakes Board. I explained last time this is harassment and they should be fined and held accountable. This is not the first time and sure won’t be the last time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is absolutely one of the worse run companies I have ever dealt with. As a resident in one of their communities, I have experienced terrible customer service, and etiquette. I have had people pretend to be supervisors when asked to speak to one, slow to non existent response time, and terrible management of the community we live in. I wish there was some kind of oversight on companies like this, but the truth is there isn't.
