We have been at The Pines of Delray East for 6 years and absolutely love it. After living in four single family homes over 30 years, we are loving the 55 plus condo life. In the 6 years we have been here we have never experienced one "condo commando", and everything is so well run. The grounds are beautifully kept and perfectly maintained. We are a middle-class community and so far no huge assessments. Nice tennis courts!! If you are invited to play here as a guest it has a nice set up with two hard courts. With ample space for doubles with shaded area and water fountain. Some drainage issues on North side of courts as ground sediment leaks onto court from heavy rains. They made a mistake cutting down hedges for security purposes which was non sensical.
