I do not live at The Pines Apartments, have never lived there, and never will. I am a neighboring homeowner, and the ongoing issues connected to this property have made living nearby extremely stressful and unsafe. There is a clear lack of management oversight and tenant accountability. The behavior coming from this complex has directly affected surrounding neighborhoods, including Woodhill Cove.
