I have severe anxiety when it comes to anything medical, specifically needles. When I brought these concerns up to my hygienist and the doctor, they were so understanding and comforting I had the best time I’ve had at an appointment (doctor or dentist) in a long time. I feel much more comfortable now and I appreciate them a lot.

I went in with a tooth ache after seeing another dentist in Mentor I did not care for. They took an xray and said I needed a root canal. going back in tomorrow morning for that.
Very good service dentist took care of my fillings, bled i am on blood thinners. Gave me a shot to stop bleedin. Very good at what she does.

My dental cleaning yesterday was a great experience due to the very knowledgeable Helen. She was so nice too! And gentle. I don't remember ever before, enjoying a cleaning. She was able to identify what I was doing to irritate my gums. She also found and removed a rough spot under the gum that was making things worse . I felt better immediately. Can't say enough about this entire office staff.
