Made an appointment and had to reschedule because of work. They told me they would reschedule for Monday. I showed up and they said they meant the Monday a month out! I thought they meant the following Monday! They didn’t say the date, nor did I get a new email with a date. Missed work and used my pto.

I would give it zero stars if it was possible. This is the rudest office I have had to deal with. Horrible pt care. Definitely need a new receptionist

I recently was diagnosed with pneumonia. This care facility did not give me the correct medication and I ended up in the Hospital. If that is not bad enough! they then sent me to collection without attempting to call me after mailing my bills to the wrong address!! I paid the collection company but was confused as to why my insurance company paid over 27000. in hospital bill but did not pay Pinellas Primary Care? I called the office and spoke to Michelle the office manager. She did not want to hear anything that I had to say... read more
