If you go get an MRI done, make sure beforehand you ask them if there’s anything you need to do to prep for it. I waited 2 1/2 weeks for appointment, just to get there and find out that if you weld for a living, you need to have an eye exam before you do it. This is the kind of information that could be provided beforehand, but the technician who is gonna work with me so brilliantly said “I can’t tell every customer that” when it would be really easy to put together a form that can prep people. Excellent Orthopedic doctors and staff. I had a unique case and it's hard to find doctors who wont just open you up but advise getting other opinions especially for severe and unique cases. Dr. N and Dr. Albert gave me realistic expectations and the knowledge of how to proceed and where to go to get this specialized care.

Don’t ever go here.. worst customer service and SCAM.. My Doctor refer me to this office. Before I do any service I make sure I don’t have to pay anything out of pocket or Bill me later after my auto insurance. I told them if I have to pay anything I won’t get the service done. So I went home. Couple days later they called me to schedule for an appointment to come back and told Me I don’t have to pay anything. I came back and again I make sure they won’t bills me after. Make sure you check what they are going to bill you and if they have ascertained medical coverage. They need to tell you exactly what is covered in the authorization you get from your insurance and exactly all they will do and charge. Be forewarned that they charge $1,015 for an office visit to your insurance which is well over what any insurance company permits.
