Don’t ever go here.. worst customer service and SCAM.. My Doctor refer me to this office. Before I do any service I make sure I don’t have to pay anything out of pocket or Bill me later after my auto insurance. I told them if I have to pay anything I won’t get the service done. Make sure you check what they are going to bill you and if they have ascertained medical coverage. They need to tell you exactly what is covered in the authorization you get from your insurance and exactly all they will do and charge. Be forewarned that they charge $1,015 for an office visit to your insurance which is well over what any insurance company permits. 1st time at this place for a torn meniscus. My knee was so swollen and painful. I waited 20 minutes or so and left the office feeling great! The Dr came in and gave me a few options, I chose to have my knee drained and it was so worth it! I will be calling back today to schedule surgery to fix meniscus and can’t wait to get this resolved! Everyone in the office was courteous and friendly! Highly recommend!
This review is based on time it took to get an appointment and the online portal system, third party services for records request. Entered all information and filled out forms for check-in, staff could not find my records stating the system is to blame even though I received confirmation from portal that all check-in had been completed. Record request is through portal system that staff could not tell me where to navigate to request X-rays. Horrible system, no training provided to staff.
