What a wonderful experience! I really enjoyed learning with Diana Fink. She was very personable, made everything very easy to understand, and made sure that everyone thoroughly grasped the material. I learned way more than I thought I was going to, it was very educational for my professional life and also for my personal. Just finished my Professional Claims Adjuster course at CIS. Diana Fink is an absolute riot. To take a person, like myself, and teach them the necessary things needed in 4 days while still having fun in the class is simply amazing. Her ability to keep you engaged and learning while not being an absolute bore was fantastic. I would highly recommend anyone interested in insurance to take one of the many classes offered by her.

Diana Fink and Sharon are by far the most knowledgeable team I've ever come across! I'm new to insurance and they made this 20-44 class understandable for me! They genuinely care about ALL of their students needs. There is so much info to learn but they have designed this course in such a way that you're guarenteed to pass. I took my exam today and PASSED!
