This is my 3rd time attending this school. Diana Fink is just wonderful and she's a walking book of knowledge. The staff is very kind and professional. Diana's teaching techniques are the best. Diana Fink is like an insurance guru. She barely looks down at the book while teaching yet some how manages to know exactly what material is on what page and paragraph. Through the four day class she clarified so many things, and tells lots of engaging stories to make everything relatable.
Diana Fink is a wealth of knowledge! very entertaining with real life examples of how insurance works. She is the best instructor ive had in my 20 + yrs in insurance. Thank you Diana. keep up the great work!
This was a awesome opportunity to get a jumpstart into the insurance world . I completed the insurance adjusters class and while it was challenging it is a relatively uneventful process with Mrs Fink as your teacher . Diana is a phenomenal woman of great character. I mean what does she not know? Her experience, talent and energy, just o name a few are just under rated. She knows it all. No question goes unanswered. The time spent with her was worth every dime. She covered so many topics and there are still much more to learn, well for 'more money', but knowledge is power.
