For the passed 4 days I took classes to get my CPSR, I highly recommend anyone who wants to learn about insurance go to this school. They are all wonderful
Just completed my All Lines Adjuster License today with Diana Fink. “Firrrrrrre”. Lol What an experience being one of her students. For the first time in my life I actually looked forward to going to “class”. She made learning fun. Did I mention learning???? It was fun fun fun to learn even the most challenging aspects of the class. I Highly recommend CIS if you are looking to get training in Insurance.
I had the pleasure of attending Mrs. Finks 440 license course. I have never had an instructor that was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable in all subject matters, she’s amazing! She will keep you alert, engaged and on your toes in an interactive learning environment. I was smiling and learning from every step of her class. If given the opportunity to take one of her courses, don’t hesitate. I’d highly recommended her. She’s on “Fire”!!!
Dianan made the class so simple to understand something that most people find extremely complicated. I've learned so much & she keeps the subjects interesting with the biggest most humble personality.

They don't return emails even though it says they will respond within 48 hours- never happened. Multiple choice questions are way to easy- It should be more like the state exam.
I walked into class knowing absolutely nothing about Independent Insurance Adjusting. I learned so much that the average “insured” does not know. If I never even use this license the education I received was invaluable and will be applied to my personal life. Looking forward to continuing this education with the direction of Diana Fink.
