I’ve been a patient of Dr. Benecki’s for over 20 years. This should tell you my feelings about her as a medical professional. She is very easy to talk to. She always listens to what I have to say. She has a genuine interest in making sure that I stay healthy. She is on top of her game with all of the new information that’s constantly coming from the medical profession. Bravo Dr. Benecki.
Very disappointing experience with the scheduling and communication at this office, especially as a first time patient. I scheduled my appointment nearly two months in advance. Six days before the appointment I received an email saying it needed to be rescheduled because the doctor would not be in. I understood that things happen so I called the office and rescheduled.
