Physicians and staff are awesome. However, I was overcharged. My EOB clearly stated the amount I was responsible for and it was less than I was billed. I spent countless hours trying to resolve. My insurance company tried to contact the claims department but never received a call back. I paid the amount they said I owed because they threatened collections proceedings. Very disappointing that this is they way they do business.
