The receptionist and insurance verification people are the worst! I called a day before to get all the insurance information in the system and when I went in the next day it wasn’t loaded! I spent 30 minutes at the desk and while I was standing there two other people came in with messed up insurance information in the system! In the end I just told them to cancel the appointment and as I walked out all the receptionist ladies there kept telling me to have a good day, laughing and mocking me!
